White Label Setup Guide

The White Label feature (Enterprise plan) lets you resell Granularity under your own brand to your clients.

Setting Up Your First Client

Step 1: Configure Your Brand

1. Go to White Label > Branding 2. Upload your logo (light and dark versions) 3. Set your brand colors 4. Configure your custom domain (optional)

Step 2: Create a Client Account

1. Navigate to White Label > Clients 2. Click Add Client 3. Enter the client's name and domain 4. Set their lead limits and features 5. Send the invitation email

Step 3: Custom Domain (Optional)

Point your client's subdomain to Granularity:

1. Add a CNAME record: tracking.clientdomain.com → wl.granularity.click 2. Verify the DNS in the White Label settings 3. SSL is provisioned automatically

Reseller API

The Reseller API lets you programmatically:

Create and manage client accounts

Pull analytics for any client

Set custom rate limits

Manage branding per client

Billing

You handle billing with your clients directly. Granularity charges you a flat Enterprise rate regardless of how many white-label clients you serve.
